Under this service model an InfotekDirect Resource Manager
co-locates at the client site to recruit all necessary resources on behalf of
the client. The InfotekDirect Resource Manager handles the procurement of both
full-time and contract resources from either InfotekDirect or from the client’s
other resourcing partners. Management and workflow of the process is
facilitated by the InfotekDirect Resource Manager and the use of InfotekDirect™
software to procure resources and to communicate with the client's line
managers. The service includes advertising positions when required, selecting
candidates, conducting interviews, handling security checks, completing
reference checks, presenting the offers and closing the candidates, as well as
consolidating vendor and contractor billings.
